Veteran of more than 100 marathon and ultra running events, Vassos Alexander is perhaps best known for his role as side-kick to Chris Evans on Virgin Radio but his experience, insight, anecdotes and guidance come from a place of many thousands of miles covered, not to mention completing the remarkable “Spartathlon”.
